Hide files

Hide files allows you to exclude files that are occasionally used from being displayed in the explorer is very simple.

Features

  • Hide file(s) or folder(s)

    • Select one or multiple files/folders and Right Click -> Hide
  • Show back file/folder

    • The HIDDEN FILES treeview displays all of your hidden files and folders.
    • Simply select the file or folder you wish to restore from the HIDDEN FILES treeview by Left click on it

Known issue(s)

If the file you are trying to hide is already open et being displayed, it will be added to the Hidden files list but it will stay visible in file explorer until you close it. (You can see it in the first try to hide a file in the Show case demo above)
