How it works

VS Code extension (vscode-time-tracker)
  └─ detects activity → writes to ~/.timetracker/log.json

today-watch (separate tool)
  └─ monitors Adobe / Figma / MS Office → writes to ~/.timetracker/apps-log.json

today-done CLI
└─ reads both files and shows a unified summary
