📸 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Generate Session Code

Start by creating a session. Click the Create button in the sidebar to generate your unique 6-digit connection code.

2. Join a Session

Your friends can connect to your session by entering your 6-digit code and clicking Join.

3. Connected

Once connected, the main controls become active, enabling you to share selected code snippets or send files.

4. Share Code & Files

Any code snippets or files shared during the session appear instantly in the feed for everyone in the room.

5. Copy & Insert Features

Instantly copy shared snippets to your clipboard or insert them directly into your current active text editor with a single click.

🛠️ How to Get Started

1. Install the Extension

Install the codeshare-lite-0.0.1.vsix file.

2. Set the Server URL

If you are hosting or connecting to a custom server (like Render):

1. Open VS Code Settings (Ctrl + , or Cmd + ,).
2. Search for Codeshare Lite.
3. Install and use the extension.
