MD to Video: Open Player
Opens the player in your default browser, where narration (text‑to‑speech) works and everything runs offline.
You can also right‑click a .md file in the Explorer, or use the editor title bar, to launch it.
Usage
Run MD to Video: Open Player (Command Palette, Explorer right‑click, or editor title).
In the player, click 📄 File (one file) or 📁 Folder (a whole folder of .md files).
Press ▶ Play.

No network requests of any kind.
Voices come from your operating system's text‑to‑speech, not the cloud.
