Simple Status Clock

Benign lab extension for an Orb proof-of-value exercise. It shows a ticking clock in the status bar and contributes one command, Hello from simple-status-clock.

No data collection. No network calls. The only marketplace traffic is VS Code's own extension update check, which VS Code performs for any gallery-managed extension.

Publisher orb-poc-labs / extension simple-status-clock are throwaway identifiers used only to validate a defensive remediation. See the parent folder's README.md for the full write-up.
