Vscode WPM Tracker

A visual studio code extension that tracks your WPM over one minute of coding. Challenge yourself in how fast you can achieve your coding goals!

How to use

Search up the command "log wpm" from the command palette.

Ctrl + Shift + P : Linux/Windows

Command + Shift + P : MacOs

Accept the prompt to track your WPM

Note the extension will detect all document changes however only saves the # of word changes

Upon clicking Yes, a confirmation message will show and the minute countdown has started. Enjoy :D

After a minute, you will be notified of your new WPM.

Notes

First extension, so things may be a bit buggy. :) no flame pls
