How It Works

Click the Nextdev icon in your sidebar and authenticate with GitHub, Google, or email.

2. Complete Your Vetting

Take our technical assessment in your own Cursor or VS Code environment. Use any tools you normally use—we're testing how you actually work, not how you perform under artificial constraints.

3. Start Paid Work

Once approved, browse real 24/7 client projects directly in your IDE. Accept a project, build in your own environment, submit when done — and get paid without leaving your editor.
