Bench extension for VSCode

This extension adds bench commands to the VSCode Command Palette

Bench Commands

1. bench update
2. bench migrate
3. bench build
4. bench console

It also adds a command to kill bench processes

Requirements

You can use the extension as long as the folder is frappe-bench folder or any of the apps folder.
