Installation
Open the Extensions sidebar in VS Code. View → Extensions.
Search for Neat Theme, and install it.
After installation, you can switch to the Neat Theme by opening the Command Palette Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows, Linux) or Cmd+Shift+P (macOS) and select Preferences: Color Theme, then choose Neat Theme.
