Pretty prints SQL with width-aware output. Dialect is roughly Postgres, from Materialize.

Features

• Pretty prints SQL files (with a .sql extension) on save.
• Pretty prints select text with the Format SQL command.
• Print width is the word wrap setting (editor.wordWrapColumn).
