Linkjob Interview Templates

Five ready-to-use Markdown templates for interview preparation, right inside VS Code. Organize a coding solution, outline a STAR story, or work through a system design question without starting from a blank page.

Quick start

Open a new file and save it as interview-notes.md.
Open the Command Palette: Cmd+Shift+P on macOS or Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows/Linux.
Run Snippets: Insert Snippet.
Search for Linkjob and choose a template.
Fill in the sections with your own notes.

You can also type a prefix from the table below and invoke Trigger Suggest. Markdown suggestions depend on your editor settings; Insert Snippet works without changing those settings.

The installed template includes additional example, testing, and follow-up sections.

Requirements

VS Code 1.85 or newer. The snippets are available in files with the Markdown language mode. There are no dependencies or additional settings to configure.

Privacy and behavior

This is a static snippet extension: it does not run extension code, make network requests, collect telemetry, or upload your notes. No account, API key, or payment is required. It does not generate AI answers or record interviews. VS Code and any sync services you separately enable have their own privacy behavior.
