ultraViolet for VS Code

This is an unofficial VS Code port of Gurvir Randhawa's ultraViolet theme for Zed. The source primarily came from a now-closed pull request with some tweaks I made on color and syntax highlighting.

1. Search for ultraViolet from the Extensions panel and install
2. Select ultraViolet from theme picker (Ctrl+K Ctrl+T)
