LFIT Smoke Test

Internal smoke-test extension for the Linux Foundation IT VS Code publishing pipeline. It does nothing useful — please do not install it.

Its single command (LFIT: Smoke Test, via the Command Palette) shows the installed version plus the CI build provenance baked in at publish time, so a live install can verify that the build GitHub Actions shipped is the build the Marketplace delivered.
