Auto scroll your text edtior up or down

Usage

Press Ctrl+[ or Ctrl +] for start auto scroll

When auto scroll is start you can press "up,down,j,k" key for change scroll direction.

Press "s" for stop auto scroll

• scroll_auto_up: Change auto scroll direction up.
• scroll_auto_down: Change auto scroll direction down.
• scroll_auto_stop: Stop auto scroll.
