This extension adds commands below.

• Chef: Decrypt data bag item (extension.decryptChefEncryptedDataBagItem)
• Chef: Encrypt data bag item (extension.encryptChefEncryptedDataBagItem)

These command decrypt/encrypt active Chef databag item file.
