MPL Language

Provides basic syntax highlighting for MPL language used in Maconomy.

Current known issues:

• Expression within braces are not recognized, causing several small problems such as tags closing early
• Single-quote strings are not currently recognized, need a way to distinguish them from popup types

This implementation started from the XML extension for VSCode, there might be some leftover strangeness from that.
