Switch the Python debugger's Just My Code on or off with one click — no more editing launch.json every time you need to step into a library.
Answers the long-standing request microsoft/vscode-python-debugger#116, which the Python debugger maintainers point people to whenever they ask for "a little toggle switch to turn justMyCode on and off".
How to use
Look at the status bar while a Python file, a notebook or a Python debug session is open:
My Code — Just My Code is ON: the debugger skips library code (the default).
All Code — Just My Code is OFF: you can step into libraries and stop on exceptions inside them.
Click it to switch. Or run Python Debugger: Toggle Just My Code from the Command Palette.
If a debug session is already running, you are offered Restart session — debugpy reads the option only when a session starts.
What it does
Applies the switch to every Python debug session: debugpy and the legacy python type, with or without launch.json, including test debugging.
Overrides"justMyCode" in launch.json, so one click is enough. Your launch.json is never changed.
Also sets jupyter.debugJustMyCode, so notebook and Interactive Window debugging follow the same switch (turn off with justMyCodeToggle.syncJupyter).
The value is a normal setting, justMyCodeToggle.enabled, so it syncs with Settings Sync.
