VS Code YouTube Player Extension

Watch YouTube videos directly in VS Code without leaving your coding environment.

Features

Installation

1. Install the extension from the VS Code Marketplace
2. Click on the YouTube icon in the activity bar to open the sidebar
3. Start watching videos!

Usage

Opening the YouTube Player

1. Click on the YouTube icon in the activity bar
2. The YouTube player will open in the sidebar

Creating a Floating Player

1. Use the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P)
2. Type "YouTube: Create Floating Player"
3. Enter a YouTube video ID or URL

Requirements

• VS Code 1.54.0 or higher
• Internet connection
