How to use
- Create new html file
- Replace tile name --> press tab to go to next replace
- Replace description --> press tab to go to next replace
- Continue until there a no more replace values

- Best practice is to tab through all the replace in template to become familiar with HTML
- Attempt to add 'REPLACE' in all caps to identify replaceable variables.
