Glow puts a focused affirmation practice beside your work in Visual Studio Code. Choose a thought, press play, and let it repeat while you code.

• Keep playback running while you move between editor views.
• Favorite affirmations and return to them quickly.
• Create a personal affirmation library with a Glow account.
• Follow your editor theme or choose Glow's light and dark appearances.
• Sync your library and listening progress across Glow.

Get started

1. Install Glow Affirmations.
2. Select the Glow icon in the Activity Bar.
3. Choose an affirmation and press play.

Signing in with GitHub is optional for the included library. It is required for custom affirmations, account sync, and the listening dashboard.

Free and Premium

Glow can be installed and used for free. Premium unlocks continued custom affirmation creation and the complete personal practice experience.

Your data

Local preferences and playback state stay in VS Code storage. When you sign in, Glow connects to your account to sync your affirmation library, entitlement, and listening progress.
