ToC Generator for Markdown

This VS Code extension is used to generate table of contents for Markdown files.

Features

It will generate a table of contents on the top of the markdown file. There are two commands

• create ToC for VS Code MD preview: generate table of contents for MD files preview on VS Code.
• create ToC for GitHub MD: generate table of contents for MD files on GitHub.

To use it, press F1 or Shift + Ctrl + p to call out Command Palette, type "generate table of contents", and click the corresponding commands. Make sure you have clicked the current Markdown file before you run the corresponding command.
