Features
- Auto RTL: Arabic chat and rendered Markdown use RTL layout.
- Markdown Preview: Arabic
.md files flow RTL in the Preview tab only (not the raw Markdown source view). Fenced code stays LTR.
- Code isolation: Code blocks stay LTR so syntax highlighting does not break.
- Lists: RTL margins for UL/OL.
- Status bar: Enable or disable from the status bar.
- Shortcut:
Ctrl+Alt+R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Alt+R (Mac).
- Settings: Arabic RTL Patcher → Auto Enable (on by default).
How to run
- Install the VSIX → Enable RTL
- Quit Cursor completely
- First time only: start Cursor as Administrator and enable RTL
- After that, run Cursor normally

Use the Preview tab in Cursor for Arabic RTL. The Markdown (source) tab is not RTL preview.
