Pastel CandyA colorful light theme by jenna-studio. Sky, blossom, lavender, mint, and butter-yellow surfaces surround an ivory editor with deep, readable Dracula-inspired syntax. Orchid replaces red.
The image above is an illustrative preview generated from the shipped palette and sample code, not a native VS Code screenshot. The workbench
262 explicit workbench colors cover tab hover and modified states, controls, validation messages, dropdowns, quick picks, notifications, hover and completion widgets, diff editors, Git decorations, diagnostics, bracket matching, Markdown, native chat, notebooks, settings, and all 16 terminal ANSI slots. Errors use orchid; warnings use dark gold, with VS Code's severity icons retaining their meaning. Syntax
26 TextMate groups and 24 semantic rules coordinate language roles, with six matching bracket colors. Comments are italic; ordinary code avoids forced bold text. Coverage includes JavaScript/TypeScript, JSX/TSX, Python, C++, HTML, CSS, JSON, Markdown, and diff scopes. Language extensions ultimately determine available tokens. All nine authored syntax foregrounds measure at least 4.74:1 across eight tested backgrounds: editor, current line, active and inactive selections, inline code, code blocks, selected completion, and terminal. This is a palette measurement, not a claim that every possible layered decoration or third-party view meets that ratio. InstallDownload From this directory:
