Godot Theme VSCode — A Godot Engine Theme for Visual Studio Code

Dark and light color themes for Visual Studio Code inspired by the Godot Engine editor — tuned for GDScript and C# (Godot Mono) syntax highlighting.

Godot Theme VSCode brings the look and feel of the Godot Engine code editor to Visual Studio Code. If you build games with Godot 4 using GDScript or C# (Godot Mono), this theme gives you a familiar, focused workspace — dark or light — with carefully tuned syntax highlighting, so you can stop tweaking colors and get back to creating great games.

Installation

Install from the Visual Studio Code Marketplace:

1. Open Quick Open (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) and run:

   ext install javier-garrido-galdon.godot-theme-vscode
   

2. Open the Color Theme picker (Ctrl+K Ctrl+T / Cmd+K Cmd+T) and choose any variant prefixed Godot: (e.g. Godot: Godot 3, Godot: Light).

Themes included

8 themes, all based on the Godot 4.6+ editor presets. The names below are exactly as they appear in the Color Theme picker:

Dark (6):

• Godot: Default
• Godot: Breeze Dark
• Godot: Godot 2
• Godot: Godot 3
• Godot: Gray
• Godot: Solarized (Dark)

Light (2):

• Godot: Light
• Godot: Solarized (Light)
