VSCode Extension force update:

code --install-extension jasnah.jasnah --force

Install a specifi version:

code --install-extension jasnah.jasnah@<version>

You can install code command in PATH if you open a Command Palette via ⌘⇧P and type shell command to find the Shell Command: Install 'code' command in PATH
