Command

Run Evidence Brief: Create Starter File from the Command Palette.

The extension creates evidence-brief.md in the first workspace folder with sections for:

• the decision and scope;
• recommendation and review trigger;
• source-backed findings;
• confidence and contradiction checks;
• open questions; and
• a concise decision trace.

Existing files are never overwritten. If evidence-brief.md already exists, the extension opens it instead.

Privacy

The extension runs locally. It sends no telemetry and makes no network requests.
