Build and Run iOS project on vscode

Notes:

• Only work on macOS, and activated on project has .xcworkspace.
• Current only support Objective C project.
• Depends on xcode command line tools.

Installation:

Search iosmaster on vscode marketplace to install.

Use Case:

Open ios project in vscode, edit some source files and run to check output.
