ImFusion Medical Image Viewer

Medical image and mesh data visualization inside VS Code with 3D reconstrcution using the ImFusion Web SDK.

Supported formats: DICOM (.dcm), NIfTI (.nii, .nii.gz), ImFusionFile (.imf), MetaImage (.mha, .mhd), NRRD (.nrrd), OBJ (.obj), PLY (.ply), STL (.stl) and OFF (.off).

Opening Data

Open a supported file from the Explorer, or right-click it and choose Open with ImFusion Viewer.

For folders such as DICOM series, right-click the folder and choose Open as Folder with ImFusion Viewer.

You can also run these commands from the Command Palette:

• ImFusion: Open with ImFusion Viewer
• ImFusion: Open as Folder with ImFusion Viewer

Controls

• Left drag: Zoom in MPR views; rotate in the volume view.

• Right drag: Pan.

• Middle drag or mouse wheel: Scroll slices in MPR views; zoom in the volume view.

• Shift + left drag: Adjust window/level.
  Vertical drag changes window width; horizontal drag changes level.

• Alt + left drag: Blend visible images.

• Double-click: Center on the clicked point.

• Right-click: Open view options.
