1. .matcha icon theme goes well with blue or green color dominaiton, light or dark themeing

   1. icons will install
      1. from extention installation, the set icon theme button, or the icon theme menu
   2. themes for vscode are intentended for intermediate programming
   3. all the icon files are in svg format for later animation
