School C#

A VS Code extension that gives every student the same one-click C# classroom setup — on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Features

  • New Console Project — a ready-to-run console project matching the textbook style: class Program, static void Main, explicit using System;, no implicit usings, no nullable warnings.
  • New Class — add a plain class (for OOP practice) or a second class with Main, right from the Explorer or the Command Palette.
  • Choose / run a Main — pick which class runs with a click, no hand-editing project files. Running opens a clean popup console showing just your program's input and output — no build noise — and it stays open until you close it.
  • Check Environment — tells you exactly what to install if the .NET SDK or C# extension is missing.

Works offline after installation. No telemetry, no accounts, no network calls at runtime.
