An ultra-lightweight VS Code extension providing detached, fully-connected floating windows and arbitrary columns ("any means any") with near-zero memory footprint and 0% idle CPU/GPU.
Features
1. Fully-Connected Floating Windows
Not connection-less: All floating windows remain 100% connected to your active workspace, language servers, IntelliSense, Git status, diagnostics, and debugging sessions.
Shared Memory & CPU: Does not launch a second instance of VS Code. Shares the existing process and uses only a few megabytes for the native window frame.
True Detached Windows: Windows float independently on your desktop, can be dragged across monitors, snapped with Windows Aero Snap, or resized freely.
2. "Any Means Any" Columns
Quickly split into 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or up to 12 columns, or custom 2×2 grid layouts with equal proportions.
Works inside the main window as well as inside detached floating windows.
