Simple extension to show hover tips for tuicl components

Usage

Try to run this in debug mode. With the debug window, open an angular app that uses tuicl. Open a file with tuicl components e.g. datra.component.html. When you hover over the tuicl component a tip for the component is shown with the link to the documentation.
