Convert Apple Binary Plist To Text Plist and viceversa.

It works only with Mac OS X at the moment.

How it works

Open a plist file with vscode, ensure you have read and write permissions.

Choose the command "Convert Binary Plist" or "Convert Text Plist to Binary" with the command palette.
