Setup

1. Install, click the Boardpane icon in the activity bar, click Sign in with Microsoft.
2. Pick your organisation and project (Boardpane: Choose organization and project).
3. Optional: change the WIQL query in settings (boardpane.workItemQuery).

If your org blocks the Microsoft sign-in, use Boardpane: Sign in with a Personal Access Token — the token needs Work Items (read & write) and Code (read & write) and is stored in VS Code's secret storage.

Privacy

Boardpane talks only to dev.azure.com / *.visualstudio.com and, when you enter a licence key, to api.polar.sh to validate it. No telemetry, no server of ours in the middle.

Pro re-checks your licence key with Polar about once a day, and keeps working for 14 days if it cannot reach Polar.

In a folder you have not trusted (VS Code Restricted Mode) the Boardpane icon does not appear — trust the folder to use it.
