A minimalist Pomodoro timer with task management capabilities, designed to help you stay focused and productive while coding.

Features

  • Pomodoro Timer

    • 25-minute work sessions and 5-minute breaks (customizable)
    • Visual timer display in the status bar
    • Notifications when sessions end
    • Quick controls to start, pause, and reset timer
  • Task Management

    • Create and manage tasks directly in VS Code
    • Mark tasks as complete
    • Reorder tasks by drag and drop
    • Separate completed tasks section
    • Clear completed tasks with confirmation

Usage

  1. Click the Pomodoro Timer icon in the activity bar to open the sidebar

  2. Use the Timer section to:

    • Start/Pause the timer
    • Switch between work and break sessions
    • Adjust time (+/- 5 minutes)
    • Configure timer settings
  3. Use the Tasks section to:

    • Add new tasks
    • Check off completed tasks
    • Reorder tasks by dragging
    • Delete tasks
    • Clear completed tasks

Settings

Click the settings icon to customize:

  • Work session duration
  • Break duration

Requirements

  • Visual Studio Code version 1.85.0 or higher
