Parenthesize README

The Parenthesize extension for Visual Studio Code makes it easy to wrap one or more selections with:

• Parentheses: ( )
• Square brackets: [ ]
• Curly brackets: { }
• Angle brackets: < >

You have the ability to either include or exclude spaces when wrapping the selections.
