Installation
Open Extensions View (Ctrl+Shift+X or Cmd+Shift+X).
Search for "Dracula Theme Light & Dark".
Click Install and select your desired theme:

Usage
Go to File > Preferences > Color Theme (Ctrl+K Ctrl+T or Cmd+K Cmd+T).
Select Dracula Light or Dracula Dark from the list.
