Ext6s Colors — simple, focused tab and UI coloring

Make the active tab pop, quickly tell windows apart, and save reusable color profiles. Fast preview, safe to reset, no theme-switching required.

What it does

  • Color pickers for Main, Secondary, Active, and Inactive backgrounds (with readable text colors)
  • Prominent active tab styling to keep focus
  • Profiles you can save globally or per‑workspace
  • Real‑time preview and quick reset

Quick start

  1. Install the extension
  2. Run: Ext6s Colors: Open Profile Editor
  3. Pick Main + Active colors and save a profile (global or workspace)

Tip: Press Ctrl+Shift+P (Cmd+Shift+P on macOS) and start typing "Ext6s" to quickly find all extension commands.

Notes

  • Works by applying VS Code workbench color customizations; doesn’t replace your theme
  • Profiles help you color‑code multiple windows (e.g., API, Frontend, Docs)
