About

Kissaten Coffee is designed around the feeling of sitting in a quiet Japanese coffee shop with a cup of coffee while working late.

The theme uses deep espresso browns, warm cream text, muted greens, caramel highlights, and subtle terracotta accents to create a comfortable coding environment without being overly bright or distracting.

Installation

VS Code Marketplace

Search for Kissaten Coffee in the Extensions panel.

VSIX

1. Download the .vsix file.
2. Open Visual Studio Code.
3. Open the Extensions panel.
4. Select the ... menu.
5. Choose Install from VSIX...
6. Select the downloaded file.

Recommended Settings

Kissaten Coffee was designed to work well with a minimal VS Code setup.

For the best experience, consider using:

• A dark editor background
• Minimal UI decorations
• A simple monospace font
• Font ligatures enabled
