Cheerful little pixel buddies that hop around in your VS Code sidebar. A tiny, zero-config bit of ambient fun that lives in the Explorer.

Features

• A row of pixel-art buddies that hop on their own little schedules, right in the Explorer sidebar.
• Scenes — cycle through backdrops: sunset, ocean, forest, starry night (with a pixel moon), meadow, or none.
• Palettes — recolor the whole crew: default, sunset, ocean, forest, neon, pastel, or mono.
• Focus mode — one click freezes the hopping when you need calm.
• The buddies re-tile to fill however wide you drag the sidebar.
• Respects prefers-reduced-motion.

Usage

Open the Explorer sidebar and look for the Claude Buddies view. Hover the scene to reveal the little controls in the top-left corner:

• 🖼 cycle scene
• 🎨 cycle color palette
• ⏸ toggle focus mode (freeze / resume)

Your chosen scene, palette, and focus state persist across reloads.

Accessibility

Motion is disabled automatically when your OS has "reduce motion" enabled, and focus mode gives you a manual freeze at any time.
