Kotlin Formatter for VSCode

Right now the only feature of this extension is to format the active document editor. This formatter use ktlint as its formatter.

What's Next

• Configurable formatting
• Format entire kotlin files / directory
• Optional formatting (only warning message) (Is this a good idea? )
