Create Jupyter - Buttons

(previously called vscode-create-jupyter)

Adds an activity to the left bar with a few buttons including "Create New Jupyter Notebook"

These commands are all accessible by searching the pallet via Ctrl+Shift+P. Most of them also have keyboard shortcuts which you can find by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P and searching for Keyboard Shortcuts to open VS Code's Help: Keyboard Shortcut Reference.
