What It Flags

• Large source files with wide blast radius
• Exported code without obvious co-located tests
• Temporary markers like TODO, FIXME, and HACK

Run

1. Open the Command Palette.
2. Run VS Code Refactor Risk Radar: Scan Workspace.
3. Review findings in the output panel.
