EnergyCAP Code Snippets README

This is the README for the extension "EnergyCAP Code Snippets". The intention is for EnergyCAP Development to create a snippets package for Visual Studio Code, for use in EnergyCAP 4.*.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This extension is intended for internal EnergyCAP developers only. It won't do you any good if you don't have access to our codebase.
