Installation
Launch VS Code Quick Open (Ctrl+P), paste the following command, and press enter.

Installation
Open Visual Studio Code.
Go to Extensions: You can open the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon in the Activity Bar on the side of the window or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+X.
Search for "Cosmic Cascade": Type Cosmic Cascade" into the search bar.
Install the Theme: Click on the install button next to the Universe Theme entry.
Activate the Theme: After installation, click on the "Set Color Theme" button, or go to the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P), type "Color Theme", and select "Universe Theme".
