What it does

Everything stays on your machine. The extension only ever talks to the Chauffeur app on 127.0.0.1 (localhost) — nothing is sent to any server, ever. Your code paths never leave your computer.

Getting started

1. Get the Chauffeur app from https://emaginasion.com (free trial).
2. Install this extension.
3. Use Chauffeur to Save Context — then Restore whenever you want your workspace back.

Run "Show Chauffeur VS Code Status" from the Command Palette to verify the bridge is connected.

Windows only. Chauffeur is a local context service for your whole desktop — VS Code, browsers, Office and more.
