VS Code Publish Org PAT Check

Adds the Publish Check: Hello World command to Visual Studio Code. This listing is a minimal probe for Marketplace publishing with an organization-scoped PAT.

Usage

Open the Command Palette and run Publish Check: Hello World. The extension displays a “Hello World!” notification.
