Throwing Cats

Throwing Cats randomly adds short-lived cat decorations inside your active VS Code editor.

Commands:

  • Throwing Cats: Throw Cat Now
  • Throwing Cats: Enable Random Throws
  • Throwing Cats: Disable Random Throws

Usage

  1. Open the Command Palette.
  2. Run Throwing Cats: Throw Cat Now to test it.
  3. Leave random throws enabled, or disable them from the Command Palette.

  • throwingCats.enabled
  • throwingCats.minDelaySeconds
  • throwingCats.maxDelaySeconds
  • throwingCats.throwDurationMs

Marketplace Publishing

Before publishing, replace the publisher value in package.json with your Visual Studio Marketplace publisher ID.

Package locally:

npm install
npm run package

Publish after logging in with a Personal Access Token:

npx vsce login <publisher-id>
