该插件为‘comment-translate’插件提供翻译源。它本身不激活，当选择启用时才会启动。

必备要求
⚠️ 1. 请先安装'comment-translate'
⚠️ 2. 安装后，调用命令“Comment Translate”的“更改翻译源”命令，选择“Deeplx Translate”
使用方法
在vscode插件中配置DeepLX API（默认：127.0.0.1:1188/Translate）
如果使用本地DeepLX服务，配置'OPEN Deeplx'为本地服务地址，如 D:\DeepLX\deeplx-translate.exe

Requirements
⚠️ Please install 'comment-translate' to use
Use
After installation, call the "Change translation source" command of "Comment Translate"
Configure DeepLX API in vscode extension (no configuration required to use local DeepLX service, default:127.0.0.1:1188)
Directly use the "Comment Translate" interactive mode to translate the corresponding text
