Currently this is just a more accurate syntax highlighter for SCSS files.

• [ ] Code completion and Hover tooltips for @functions, @mixins, and variables
• [ ] Support for SassDoc comments / annotations in hover tooltips
• [ ] Auto-@use for Sass modules
